This really is a lovely little painting. The white on
the ginger jar almost has a transparent look as well
as a blueish tint that reminds me of fine china.
And the gold has just the right amount of sparkle.
I must say, I am very pleased with how this painting
turned out.

Congratulations on being featured in the very magazine you have supported for so many years! I must say that your work is so amazing, I am surprised more art magazines haven't approached you. I love this painting...the colors are just so wonderful. And it is so realistic the way the gold "sits up" on the porcelain of the jar. Just wonderful!
